"…the human psyche, like human bones, is strongly inclined towards self-healing. The psychotherapist's job, like that of the orthopaedic surgeon, is to provide the conditions in which self-healing can best take place."
John Bowlby, A Secure Base: Clinical Applications of Attachment Theory

Welcome

We offer online psychotherapy and counselling to help clients with a variety of issues and emotional difficulties, including:

  • anxiety
  • depression
  • relationship and family problems
  • bereavement
  • stress and burn-out
  • attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
  • addictions
  • self-harm
  • eating disorders
  • post-traumatic stress
  • dissociation
  • feeling stuck
  • facing a difficult life change

We offer short-term counselling and longer-term psychotherapy tailored to suit clients' specific needs. We provide psychodynamic psychotherapy, psychoanalytic psychotherapy, relational psychotherapy and attachment-based psychotherapy.

Short-term counselling can be helpful when going through a difficult or challenging period, while longer-term psychotherapy can be more far-reaching and offer greater opportunity for personal change and development. The sessions are 50 minutes in length and take place at the same time on the same day each week. The charge for the initial consultation is £120. Following this, our fees range from £110 to £150 per session depending on time of day, frequency and circumstances.

We provide a safe and supportive setting for clients sharing difficult personal experiences and feelings. We practise safe, expert talking therapy marked by curiosity, respect and kindness.

Please contact us for more information or to arrange an initial online consultation.
